Michael Husband, DC

A Plymouth, Indiana native and current resident, Dr. Michael Husband is a 2012 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, his father’s alma mater. As a second-generation chiropractor, he experienced the lifelong benefits of chiropractic since the day he was born.

He has taken the knowledge and passion learned from his father and used that to continue the great tradition of healing at Chiropractic Health Center.

Dr. Michael takes pride in his work and feels there is an art to giving the perfect adjustment. Dr. Michael is always learning something new. He stays current on all the latest research in chiropractic and makes sure his patients receive the benefits of his knowledge.

Dr. Alan Leichter

My name is Dr. Alan Leichter. I am a physician working at The Chiropractic Health Center. I have had the pleasure of working here in South Bend for the past 33 years. It is an honor to have had the trust of the Michiana community, allowing me to improve the health of so many people here. I love the art of Chiropractic and truly enjoy having the ability to use natural, non-medical methods to heal my patients.

I joined Dr. Michael Husband at the Chiropractic Health Center in 2021. It’s a beautiful office with a great, caring staff. This practice has been active and successful since 1981, after being started by Dr. Michael’s father, James. Dr. James was my Chiropractor since 1991, and also treated my wife and her mother since the 1980’s. He began the tradition of Chiropractic excellence that we are continuing. We strive to maintain an ethical, professional, caring and affordable practice.
